El dermat\u00f3logo trata a pacientes con hiperpigmentaci\u00f3n (demasiado pigmento) y con hipopigmentaci\u00f3n (demasiado poco pigmento).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-welke-soort-littekens-zijn-er\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 tipo de cicatrices hay?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Lentigo<\/li><li>Melasma<\/li><li>Hiperpigmentaci\u00f3n postinflamatoria<\/li><li>Vit\u00edligo<\/li><li>Naevus<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lentigo<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un lentigo, tambi\u00e9n llamado mancha de la edad o mancha hep\u00e1tica. Se trata de una decoloraci\u00f3n marr\u00f3n com\u00fan de la piel que suele ser benigna. Esta anomal\u00eda cut\u00e1nea se produce a partir de la mediana edad en personas de piel clara que han estado expuestas con frecuencia a la luz solar. El lentigo es especialmente frecuente en la cara y el dorso de las manos. En ocasiones, la forma y el color de la mancha se vuelven m\u00e1s irregulares y el lentigo se vuelve maligno. Si una mancha de la edad cambia de tama\u00f1o o color o provoca s\u00edntomas, le recomendamos que acuda a su m\u00e9dico de cabecera. \u00c9ste podr\u00e1 determinar si se trata de un c\u00e1ncer de piel, tras lo cual ser\u00e1 necesario un tratamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Melasma<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El melasma, tambi\u00e9n llamado m\u00e1scara del embarazo, es una decoloraci\u00f3n marr\u00f3n benigna de la cara en mujeres embarazadas, que toman la p\u00edldora o medicamentos hormonales. El melasma es especialmente frecuente en la frente, los p\u00f3mulos, el labio superior y la barbilla. Es una anomal\u00eda cut\u00e1nea inofensiva que, tras dar a luz o dejar de tomar la p\u00edldora u otra medicaci\u00f3n hormonal, suele desaparecer espont\u00e1neamente. Una vez que una mujer ha tenido melasma, es probable que vuelva a desarrollarse bajo la influencia del embarazo, la medicaci\u00f3n hormonal, el uso de la p\u00edldora o la luz solar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En nuestra consulta, tenemos un <a href=\"\/es\/chemische-peelings\/\">peeling qu\u00edmico<\/a> llamado Benebellum\u00ae de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.skintechpharma.nl\/benebellum\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Skintech<\/a>, utilizamos este peeling para tratar el melasma y es un \"tratamiento de spa\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hiperpigmentaci\u00f3n postinflamatoria<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La hiperpigmentaci\u00f3n postinflamatoria (HIP) es una decoloraci\u00f3n benigna de la piel de color rojo a marr\u00f3n. Se produce en zonas inflamadas, como acn\u00e9 o eczema. Las personas con piel m\u00e1s oscura son m\u00e1s propensas a desarrollarla. Una vez desaparecida la inflamaci\u00f3n, la decoloraci\u00f3n puede desaparecer muy lentamente, pero no siempre es as\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vit\u00edligo<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El vit\u00edligo es una enfermedad inofensiva pero a veces desfigurante; debido a la desaparici\u00f3n de las c\u00e9lulas pigmentarias, partes de la piel y el cabello pierden su color, especialmente en la cara, las manos y el pubis. Aparecen manchas blancas lechosas de diferentes formas y tama\u00f1os. Tenga en cuenta que, en el caso del vit\u00edligo, los tratamientos son limitados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Naevus<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un nevus, o marca de nacimiento, es una mancha benigna y a veces elevada en la piel, de color claro a oscuro. Los nevus (marcas de nacimiento) pueden estar presentes desde el nacimiento, pero la mayor\u00eda aparecen entre los 3 y los 40 a\u00f1os. La predisposici\u00f3n hereditaria y las quemaduras solares en la infancia pueden favorecer la aparici\u00f3n de nevus (marcas de nacimiento). En unos pocos casos, un nevus (marca de nacimiento) puede desarrollarse de forma maligna.
